Mariah is a sound healing and movement facilitator and the creator of the MERRH Experience, with experience guiding transformational sound and movement journeys. She blends Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls, somatic movement, breath, curated music, and frequency to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and authentic self-remembrance. Inspired by nature, dance, music, and festivals, Mariah guides others to process emotions, shift thought loops, and transform heaviness into clarity. She facilitates floating and corporate sound baths, retreats, festivals, and private one-on-one sessions, and also designs intentional crystal jewelry called Soul Strings to anchor new energetic states and intentions.
